Hi, I’m Anirudh Sharma

Over the last five years, my team and I, have successfully trained and placed over 18,000
post-graduates in business administration, nationwide and internationally.
My pride?

I’ve trained and groomed managers in a multitude of corporate entities. Conducting training workshops. Standing tall and being counted, among faculty from leading business schools across the globe.
I’ve designed, crafted, run, monitored and tweaked various training modules like:
• Communication
• Marketing
• Mentoring
• Brand management
Taught as part of the Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) curriculum.
What has truly made me happy, is leading 14 delegations of post graduate women and men, to international universities to experience their way of growing business skills in graduates.
Shouldn’t
you
be in the next delegation?

Are you building a team? Do you expect the very best from them? Then I’d really love to be in your corner. I listen carefully to what others say. I’m listening to understand what’s said. Also, what’s often left unsaid.
I never assume. Seeking clarity, with empathy and gentleness is my strongest suit.
Apart, from my impeccable corporate work record. Mapped to an Advanced Global Management degree from Cornell Univ.
I believe my two greatest strengths are:
• My people engagement skills
• My people empowerment skills
At the end of the day, people are what matter the most.
